Slurry Pump Description:

Type AHGEM(R) pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered, double casing, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pump. They are designed for handing abrasive, high concentration slurries in the mining,coal,metallurgical, power, building material and other industrial departments. This series of pump is suitable for various liquids performance, which is the first select product for convey mine mill slurry and tailings slurry.

Pump Structural Features:

★ A large diameter with a short overhang ensure the rigidity of shaft, suitable for high power condition.
★ Hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve with 'O' ring seals at both ends. A slip fit allows the sleeve protects the shaft from the wear and corrosion.
★ The deputy vanes in both former and rear cover of Impeller relieve seal pressure and minimize recirculation.
★ Casing is made of ductile iron, ribs help casing to stand high pressure.
★ The wet parts are made of high-chrom alloy or rubber, having the abrasion-resist, corrosion-resist and impact erosion-resist properties, improved the service life of pump.
★ The wet parts are made of metal or rubber are interchangeable or mixed use, suited different working condition.
★ Impeller adopt the method of wide flow and vane concave to improve flow and corrosion resistance, prolong service life.
★ The shaft seal may be adoptable of packing seal,expeller seal and mechanical seal to fit different working conditions.
★ The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
★ The bearing Assembly have the grease lubrication and oli lubrication are optional depend on the usage.

Expeller seal:
The impeller and expeller install in series to produce Pressure seal, Packing or lip sealing ring as shut down seal.

Gland packing seal:
The routine sealing systems are suitable for various conditions and can be used in the corrosion or high temperature conditions such as polytetrafluoroethylene packing, graphite packing and etc. It also can be used in strong abrasive condition duty with shaft ceramic sleeve of spray weld.

Mechanical seal:
These sealing technique without sealing leakage, integrating construction, convenient installation& replacement, various constructions suit for all kinds of conditions. High hardness ceramic and alloy are adopted for material of friction parts. Design&matching of mechanical seal& sealing box is suitable for fluid state, It possesses high abrasive resistance& shakeproof to guarantee that sealing effect can be satisfied by customers in various conditions.
